What is “AI visibility” and how is it different from SEO?
AI visibility means your store and products get mentioned and linked when someone asks an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini) what to buy or where. It’s also called AI SEO, GEO (generative engine optimization) or AEO (answer engine optimization). It builds on classic SEO — indexing, speed, content — but adds machine-readable product data, merchant feeds and crawler access that AI engines rely on to recommend a store.
Can you guarantee my store will show up in ChatGPT?
No one can honestly guarantee that — AI answers are generated per question and change over time. What we guarantee is that every technical and content barrier is removed and validated, and that we measure your visibility before and after across a fixed set of buyer questions. Stores that are readable, complete and trusted are the ones that get recommended.
How long until I see results?
Crawler and feed changes are picked up within days to a few weeks. AI answer changes typically appear within 4–8 weeks after Setup, which is why we recommend at least three months of Monitoring to measure and reinforce results.
Do I need to change plugins or my theme?
Usually not. We work with your existing WooCommerce setup and common SEO plugins (Rank Math, Yoast, Google for WooCommerce, feed plugins). Where a plugin is misconfigured or produces invalid schema, we fix or replace it and document why.
Is ChatGPT shopping / Instant Checkout available in the EU?
As of August 2026, ChatGPT’s Instant Checkout is live in the US and UK but not in the EU. EU merchants can already publish an OpenAI-format product feed and be recommended in ChatGPT answers. We set your feed up now so you are ready the day checkout opens in your market.

What do you need from me to start?

What about llms.txt?
We add it because it’s harmless — but we won’t sell it to you as a lever. Google has stated it doesn’t use llms.txt, and studies show major AI crawlers rarely request it. Product schema, feeds and crawl access are what matter.
